Yin Yang(Jet Li), a close combat master, Hale Caesar(Terry Crews), a weapons expert and Barney’s long time friend, Toll Road(Randy Couture),a learned demolitions specialist and the brain of the team, Gunnar Jensen(Dolph Lundgren), a war veteran and specialist in precision sniping. 
Barney’s team is paid by the mysterious Church to infiltrate a small South American country Vilena, and to overthrow its tyrannical dictator General Gaza. The men meet their contact Sandra(Giselle Itie), a freedom fighter with a hidden secret and begin their mission, but soon realize that things are different than they have comprehended. They also recognise their true foe as the ex CIA operative James Monroe, and his thugs. Amongst the chaos, Barney is forced to leave behind Sandra with a death sentence.
